In the past the original slow & fast motor pairs were usually replaced with a single motor and special control circuitry to make the motor operate at both fast and slow speeds. In the absence of an alternative that's been a servicable measure. But finally you can get new fast and slow motors to replace the originals. No additional wiring or special mounting is needed for these plug compatable replacements.

Fast Speed FFS-1 Replacement motors

Yes we now have real replacement fast speed motors for your Leslie speaker (pictured below). Here are the important points 

• True 4 pole shaded motor that runs at the correct speed.
• More torque than the older motors.
• Quiet running, and lubricate the same as the original motors.
• Die tap on one end, key shaft on other, just like the original
• Exact motor mount pattern as the original. They are slightly longer in length, but fit great in the existing motor cavity.
  

Slow Speed SSM-1 Replacement Motors

Yes we now have true copies of the original slow speed motors used in the older Leslie speakers. Now you don’t have to settle for an almost motor. These motors are exact copies of the old. 

• Bolt pattern is exact match to original.
• Shaft length and diameter exact match to original.
• Fan on rotor is exact match to original.
• Oiling is the same as original.
• Motors are ordered for upper or lower operation.
